Build & Shipping Information
Every Taylor Farms cage is built to order. Your order will be added to our current production queue once your purchase is complete. Because every cage is handcrafted, build times will vary throughout the year depending on current order volume. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. We appreciate your patience while we build your cage with the quality and attention to detail Taylor Farms is known for.

Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy
All Taylor Farms cages are custom built to order. Because each cage is made specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Flat Pack Cages require customer assembly. Taylor Farms is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, modifications, misuse, or normal wear and tear. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your cage is a custom-built product and agree to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
