Service Description

This booking secures one custom cage build slot on my production calendar. • Only one cage build is accepted every two weeks • Booking reserves a place in the build queue — not a pickup date • Builds are completed in the order booked • You will be contacted after booking with your estimated build window • Local pickup only (Somerville, AL) • This is a made-to-order build • Non-refundable once the build has begun If you have questions about sizing or options, please contact me before booking.

Cancellation Policy

All custom cage build bookings are final. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree that: • This booking reserves a build slot on our production calendar. • All sales are final. • No cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are permitted once a booking is submitted. • Build timelines are based on current workload and availability. • Changes to cage specifications may be discussed only if production has not begun and are not guaranteed. If you are unsure about proceeding, please contact us before booking. Submitting a booking confirms your agreement to these terms. Pickup & Abandoned Items Policy Once a custom cage build is marked as complete, the client will be notified to arrange pickup. Clients must pick up their completed order within 20 calendar days of notification unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. If a completed order is not picked up within this timeframe: • The order may be considered abandoned • Storage is not guaranteed • The business reserves the right to resell, dismantle, or otherwise dispose of the item • No refunds or credits will be issued This policy is necessary to maintain workspace availability and production flow. Build Timeline Disclaimer Build timelines are estimates only and may change based on workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified when their build is complete. Client Communication Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and for monitoring messages related to their booking. Failure to receive or respond to notifications does not extend pickup deadlines. Storage Limitations Due to limited workspace, completed builds cannot be stored indefinitely. Pickup deadlines are strictly enforced to maintain production flow and safety. Policy Acceptance By submitting a booking, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, payment, and pickup policies.
